Food products and animal feed listed in the Nomenclature of goods subject to food safety control, placed under customs procedure, shall be subject to food safety control by the National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA).

Border inspection posts are established at the following state border crossing points:

  1. Border inspection post at Sculeni – Sculeni1
  2. Border inspection post at Giurgiuleşti2
  3. Border inspection post at Criva – Mămăliga3
  4. Border inspection post at Chişinău4
  5. Border inspection post at Pervomaisk – Cuciurgan5
  6. Border inspection post at Leuşeni – Albiţa
  7. Border inspection post at Tudora – Starokazacie

The Trade Information Portal of the Republic of Moldova

Moldova Trade Information Portal (M-TIP) is designed to fulfil the commitments of the Republic of Moldova set forth in World Trade Organization Trade Facilitation Agreement (WTO TFA), Association Agreement with European Union (AA) and Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA).
